Return conditions

• You have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• No restocking fee applies.
• Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with the cellophane seal intact.
• Exchanges are possible; please contact our support team before returning anything.
• Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

Important: Items with opened or removed cellophane wrapping cannot be accepted for return, for hygiene reasons and because this prevents us from guaranteeing the perfume’s authenticity.
