2. Product prices

All prices are in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding delivery charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order on our website, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer must ensure that the information supplied when creating an account is accurate.

4. Delivery

  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days, excluding personalised orders.
  • Dispatch: Sent via Colissimo, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days for France.
  • Tracking: All tracking numbers are emailed after dispatch.
  • Liability: L'Atelier Parfumeur is not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by customers. For a lost or stolen parcel, a claim may be submitted to the carrier, but we will not issue a refund.
  • If a parcel is returned because it was not collected within the carrier’s deadline, the customer pays the cost of resending it.

5. Payment

Secure online payment is due when ordering. Accepted methods:

  • Bank card: Visa, Mastercard
  • PayPal

Payment is taken immediately after the order is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has 14 days after receiving the parcel to request a return. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Only unopened products in perfect condition may be returned. To request a return, contact contact@latelierparfumeur.com.

The information collected is necessary to process and deliver orders. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be sought before legal proceedings.
